My purpose in staying was to visit friends in the area. I stayed for two nights at this hotel. the location was perfect - close to where I needed to be. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Katherine who went above and beyond to help me retrieve my lost ID. the room was quiet and comfortable, and I found the amenities to be convenient. There were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby for added convenience. Overall, a pleasant stay!

Fairly clean hotel in a nice building short walk to cvs across the street and the fitness center and the liquor store. Pleasant staff with a good portion of humor. Plenty of good food. The pool area is nice too. Late check-out.

Favourable location, it was right by Dundee and Toledo as well as upper Michigan.

This place was pretty good, nothing fancy but it got the job done. the location was awesome, super close to restaurants, the Detroit airport, and Dundee 👌.

The electric cord to the stair-stepper in the exercise room is broken.

The price was fabulous the room was nice and it was clean. I was happy to have a shower stall and not the tub with an icky shower curtain.

It was only 10 miles or so down Carpenter Road from where you catch the shuttle bus to Michigan Stadium. It was pretty quiet at night for sleeping. The beds were pretty comfortable.

They could use better pillows-they are kind of too soft.

Clean room at a good price and easy drive to U of M football stadium.

No record of our reservation when we arrived to a "sold-out" hotel. Somewhere a breakdown in communication between Booked.net and hotel. Luckily they were able to provide us with a room. Might be best to call hotel a day or two after booking to make sure they have your reservation.

This hotel was warm and spotless, featuring two double beds, and the friendly and accommodating team really made me feel welcome.

It was very convenient to Ann Arbor. The hotel was smalll and friendly. You could walk down the stairs and right out he door to your car without having to figure out a maze.

The pool was open all night.

I did not get a good night's sleep either night because of the traffic noise all night. It was constant. Also the walls are paper thin and we could hear the people next to us at 5 a.m.

The hotel was clean, and our room was clean. the staff was incredibly nice and pleasant, making us feel comfortable. I liked having a microwave, a refrigerator, and a writing table in the room. the bath was good, and everything was excellent. the location was favorable and handy – just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go.

I was not by any means happy with the hotel and the staff Members that worked!! However Jason did and amazing job and was very Helpful in everything that I needed help with traveling such a long way Do to a family death is hard to do anyway but when you have staff that make You feel unwelcome and like you and your family don't feel welcome!!! Howvere Like I said Jason did great in everything that w asked him for!!
